We spoke to several trainers about our leadership and management development needs and chose Personal Best because the proposal was obviously tailored to our company and addressed specific requirements and desired outcomes.  We were delighted with the results.  Personal Best actively encouraged participation so that attendees not only had fun, but importantly, took ownership of results.  There was a good understanding of each leader’s role within the company, differing leadership styles and the importance of effective communication and delegation.  One of the biggest training hurdles for organizations is how to retain the impact of training.  More than 6 months after our leaderships session, we see the team managers using practical techniques learnt during the sessions and recognizing how best to deal with everyday management issues.  The training not only gave these managers tools for good management, but also the confidence with which to implement them.
