Sally Allaway
BA (Psych), Dip Ed, MBA

Personal Best founder and director Sally Allaway is an organisational development professional with a background in education, training and human resource management. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating learning and development initiatives across a range of industries. Prior to founding Personal Best in 2001, Sally’s corporate career saw her leading and managing large internal teams - both in Australia and the Asia Pacific region - to successfully deliver business outcomes.

Sally’s approach is strategic and structured, which enables her to identify and understand complex business and operational issues; then articulate creative, tailored training and development solutions to meet the individual needs of each organisation. She is a vibrant and positive communicator with a genuine interest in helping people to embrace their full potential.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology, a Diploma of Education and a Masters of Business Administration. She has been widely recognised as an industry leading professional, having received three awards for employee development, training and service excellence. Sally has also been awarded the Australian Institute of Hospitality Management Award for Industry Human Resources Practitioner.
